Gwen Pugh, Owner
Gwen has over 15 years of experience in the title insurance field. She is one of the founders of Evergreen Title and Closing, LLC. She has been a resident of Bristol for over 20 years. She and her husband Mike have five children, 12 grandchildren and 5 four legged children. She enjoys spending time with family outdoors and taking motorcycle rides.
Ashley Neis, Escrow Officer
Ashley grew up in Abingdon, VA, originally from Buchanan County, VA and has over a decade of experience in insurance, office management and customer service. She has been with Evergreen Title and Closing since 2021 and works diligently to ensure each closing transaction goes smoothly. She and her husband Rick have two children, Hadley and Lyric, two Australian Shepherds and two cats.
They currently reside in Bristol and enjoy the outdoors, basketball, music, and travel.
Sara Kestner, Escrow Officer
Sara originates from Bryan, Texas and moved to the area in 2012 to pursue her real estate law degree. She graduated from Appalachian School of Law and her knowledge of real estate law has proven beneficial to Evergreen. She is married and has two dogs, Simon and Theo.
They currently reside in Bristol and enjoys woodworking and travel.
Randy McReynolds
Randy has over 2 years experience working in the title and closing industry, and he also brings administrative experience from several years of pastoral ministry. He is keen on accuracy and professionalism in his role at Evergreen, seeking to assist our staff and our clients through a smooth closing process.
He is a graduate of Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and Covenant Theological Seminary in St., Louis, Missouri. He and his wife, Beth, have four children, and welcomed their first grandchild in February of 2022.

Sherry Brooks, Escrow Officer
Sherry is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and brings over 21 years of experience in the title and closing industry. She strives to ensure clients of a professional, pleasant and positive closing experience.
Sherry resides in Church Hill, Tennessee and enjoys spending time with her family, boating, fishing, and gardening.
Karen Harville, Escrow Officer
Karen is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and has over 15 years of experience in the title and closing industry. She is committed to providing a professional and stress-free closing so that the homeowners can relax and start making memories in their new home. Karen and Kenny have two daughters—Kendra and Kaitlyn—and enjoy basketball, football, and spending time with family.

Rita Newell, Escrow Officer
Rita has worked as an Administrative Assistant, a receptionist, and in customer service over the past 15 years. She has been with Evergreen Title and Closing since 2021. She and her husband Bob have three daughters and six grandchildren. Her first book was published in 2021.
They currently reside in Bristol and enjoy spending time with family, music, and reading.
